Dates Establishment of the company and plants Establishment of business partnerships
August 1947 The late Mr. Senzo Suzuki established Asahikogyosho at 7-18 Taisho-machi, Kariya-shi Aichi Kyogyo (Now Aisin Seiki)
August 1964 Reorganized to establish Asahikogyosho Co., Ltd (with capital of ¥5M)  
January 1967 The head office was established at the current location and business began. Aisin Warner (Now Aisin AW)
August 1968 The late Mr. Senzo Suzuki became chairman and Mr. Yasuyuki Suzuki was appointed as President.  
June 1984 The first construction phase of Plant No. 2 was completed and production began.  
July 1984 Capital was increased to ¥10M.  
June 1988 The second construction phase of Plant No. 2 was completed and production began.  
October 1988 A ¥10M investment was received from Small and Medium Business Investment & Consultation Corporation, increasing the total capital to ¥30M, which was then doubled to ¥60M.  
January 1990 The third construction phase of Plant No. 2 was completed and production began.  
March 1990 New bachelors’ dormitory (Wakaba Dormitory) was built on the premises of the head office.  
March 1992 Plant No. 2D and company housing were constructed Nachi-Fujikoshi
December 1993 Banks such as The Industrial Bank of Japan Limited acted as trustee banks and a private placement bond of ¥100M was issued in order to obtain investment expenditure for new facilities.  
March 1996 Subsequent expansion by 416 m² was made to Plant No. 2A.  
September 2000 The forth construction phase of Plant No. 2 was completed and production began.  
January 2002 ISO 9001:2000 certification was obtained.  
August 2003 Subsequent expansion of 1,268 m² was made to Plant No. 2F.  
December 2003 ISO 14001:1996 certification was obtained.  
November 2006 ISO 14001:2004 certification was obtained.  
July 2007 New bachelors’ dormitory (Sunrise Arai) was constructed in Arai-cho, Kariya-shi.  
September 2008 The construction of new Plant No. 3 (1,917 m²) was completed.  
November 2010 Mr. Yasuyuki Suzuki became chairman and Mr. Yasunori Suzuki was appointed as President.
